Smart and affordable travel for your child

Does your teenager (aged between 12 and 18) regularly travel by bus in Zeeland? With the Connexxion Voordeel Youth discount, you automatically save on travel costs, with no need for a subscription or fixed charges.

For children under the age of 16, only a parent can activate Connexxion Voordeel.

How does Connexxion Voordeel Youth work?

You activate Connexxion Voordeel jeugd once. Daarna wordt de korting automatisch opgebouwd:

• From €21 → 30% discount
• From €36.50 → up to 65% discount
• ​​From €135 → free travel for the rest of the month

You’ll never pay more than €135 per month. A month runs from the day you activate Connexxion Voordeel Youth until the following month.

Example: If you activate connexxion Voordeel Youth on 21 January, the month runs from 21 January to 20 February. Your discount will be accrued during this month.

• You only pay when your child travels
• You know in advance what the maximum cost will be
• The more your child travels, the less you pay per journey

Activating

• You can activate Connexxion Voordeel Youth on your child’s debit card or OV-pas
• Select the method (physical debit card, mobile phone or OV-pas) that your child uses and link it to Connexxion Voordeel Youth.
• Connexxion Voordeel Youth is NOT available on the OV-chipkaart.
