Trip cancellation due to personnel shortages

In some regions, Connexxion faces reduced staff availability, for example, due to a high number of sick colleagues. We are working hard to limit the impact on our services. Nevertheless, scheduled bus or train rides are occasionally cancelled.

We are adjusting our travel information as much as possible. A small percentage of trips will be cancelled in some regions. Plan your trip shortly before departure using our travel planner. This way you always have an up-to-date picture of the timetable.

Adjusted timetable in Haarlem-IJmond

The timetable in Haarlem-IJmond will be adjusted slightly from October 23, 2022 due to a shortage of personnel.

On weekdays, lines 2 and 3 will run every half hour instead of every 15 minutes. During the morning rush hour, line 3 from Haarlem Delftplein to Haarlem Station will run every 15 minutes. In the afternoon rush hour, this line runs the other way, from Haarlem Station to Haarlem Delftplein, also every 15 minutes.

For line 8 the ride from 08.10 am is cancelled daily.
