At Schiphol Flex, you pay afterwards. An amount will automatically be debited from your account each month. In order to be able to debit this amount, we need your permission. This is why you issue a digital mandate via your own bank. During the application process, you will be redirected to the online environment of your bank. If you use a special login code to log in to your bank, it is useful to keep this code handy when you order Schiphol Flex.

No, unfortunately ING only supports confirmation via the TAN code for the digital mandate. For more information, please refer to ING's customer service.

Easily create a summary of your journeys, including VAT rates. You can use this summary straight away for your own records or share it with your employer.
- Via the @Transdev app: Link your debit card to the Transdev app and view all your journeys with Transdev, Connexxion, Bravo and Breng clearly organised in a single app.
- Via the OVpay travel overview: Open your bank statement and look for a debit for a journey you have made. Enter the 14-digit code (found after ‘NLOV’ on your bank statement) along with the debited amount. This will give you an overview of your travel details.
