We use different cash registers in different transport areas. In one area you get a bus ticket and in the other you get a printed receipt that serves as a ticket.
It is possible that you may have used your debit card to buy the wrong ticket and paid too much. The driver can give money to the last paying customer. To do this, you have to put your debit card in the debit card device again.
If you are not the last payer and someone else has pinned after you, the driver cannot have the money debited. In this case, you can reclaim your money via this page.
To use JAS or Schiphol Flex, you must be 18 years of age or older.
