It is no longer possible to pay with cash in any of our buses. We do this in order to increase the social safety for our employees and our passengers. In addition, the new forms of payment (such as debit cards) are faster and more efficient.

If your personal OV-chipkaart is broken or lost, you can apply for a replacement OV-chipkaart. Please note: do not apply for a new OV-chipkaart. If there is a subscription on your OV-chipkaart, you can apply for a temporary subscription.
If your anonymous OV-chipkaart is broken or lost, you can request a credit refund and buy a new OV-chipkaart.

You can apply for a replacement card using your OV-chipkaart account. This way, your subscription will be put on your replacement card. Please note: do not apply for a new card, but for a replacement card.

In our buses we accept the following means of payment:
- Dutch and foreign bank cards affiliated with Maestro
- Visa credit card
- MasterCard credit card
- American Express credit card
- V-Pay

E-tickets are tickets that you buy online through our website and receive by email.
M-tickets are tickets that you can buy and use via an app on your mobile.

You can lodge an objection to a fine, as long as you did not purchase a rituitrijkaart.

We use different cash registers in different transport areas. In one area you get a bus ticket and in the other you get a printed receipt that serves as a ticket.

It is possible that you may have used your debit card to buy the wrong ticket and paid too much. The driver can give money to the last paying customer. To do this, you have to put your debit card in the debit card device again.
If you are not the last payer and someone else has pinned after you, the driver cannot have the money debited. In this case, you can reclaim your money via this page. -
To use JAS or Schiphol Flex, you must be 18 years of age or older.
